When you feel overwhelmed by sadness it can feel impossible to think about 'moving forward ' - especially when you just wish that things were as they were - so I want to help you to climb out of that difficult place and show you that there is hope and life after loss.
I'm Cathy and I have experienced several painful losses myself, and I understand how important it is to get the right support in order to move forward with your life, as I did. I know that any change can seem daunting, or even impossible, so I’ll support you through a difficult time, and help you to cope with the many emotions, situations, and challenges which have been caused by events beyond your control. Ultimately I can help you to have the strength to move forward and enjoy living again.
What about my training and qualifications?
I have had several years of experience in the NHS in organising and presenting self-management courses for people with chronic health conditions, having had personal experience of the many emotions, challenges and difficulties faced when living with a chronic health condition.
